HONDO

Hondo was found on the streets of Killeen and brought in by a sweet couple that didn't want him to get hurt. He was in pretty bad shape. They did everything they could to find his owners but weren't able to keep him for long. They contacted another rescue, who contacted Bee's Village. Bee's took him a in an were able to get him seen by a vet who diagnosed him with demodex. Hondo had been so deprived of love for so long that he was quite a handful at first, just desperate for love and attention. But the longer he was with us, the more he started to realize that he was loved and it was ok to calm down and chill. After several weeks of treatment, Hondo was feeling and looking so much better and his hair started growing back. Bee's Village got him neutered and up to date on shots, and started looking for the perfect home. In came Kandi P and Anna P! Kandi had another young dog that she wanted a friend for. She brought her pup over for a meet and great and some playtime with Hondo and they hit it off. Even better, Kandi's son fell in love with Hondo the second he met him. They picked Hondo up the following week and he is already feeling right at home. Hi tail wags say it all!
